Should allow to unpin #272

  • describe the IPython Jedi workaround for slow kernel completions
  • describe how to install the pyls fork, mentioning that it is experimental twice (and not for production)
  • update the CI badge

Modulo the single comment about the link, looks fine. It may also be worth pointing to the anticipated future home in python-ls, but as the repo doesn't even exist yet, it's probably premature at this point.

It's also very pleasing to see that passing ubuntu/py3.6 ✔️ !
