This release is known to be good and stable when building for juju 1.25.5 and below.
This charm focuses on an apt delivery method, using a clone of the upstream install.sh script which can be obtained from https://get.docker.com. This is not firewall friendly, and enforces using the upstream docker package from dockers PPA.
