NASA case study #88
Comments
NASA use JSON Schema in thier EOSDIS UMM (Earth Observing System Data and Information System, Unified Metadata Model): https://git.earthdata.nasa.gov/projects/EMFD/repos/unified-metadata-model/browse Info: https://earthdata.nasa.gov/esdis/eso/standards-and-references/eso-umm-information I reached out to Valerie Dixon who was the main name on several presentation slides. They did note that they would not want to look like an endorsement, so we will have to tread carefully. |

Unfortunatly, NASA ESDIS is not able to participate in a JSON Schema case study. |
Pasting references should we wish to try and pick this up again with additional support of OpenJSF for example. https://twitter.com/relequestual/status/1450777419212861440 Node.js previous did a case study: https://openjsf.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/84/2020/02/Case_Study-Node.js-NASA.pdf |
I think it would be valuable to the community to write a blog post about how NASA uses the specification.
