Publish 3 case studies #76

We want to write and publish 3 case studies which demonstrate the value of JSON Schema.
Ideally these will be large well known organisations, but it's expected to focus on one product or team that use JSON Schema.

Given we want to allow people to read it within 10 minutes, assuming a reading speed of 250 words per minute, we will aim for the case study to be no more than 2,500 words.

Things to consider:
What is the take away? For example "How could I use the same idea in my org?"
Clear problem statement and why JSON Schema was chosen
What "measures" are used?
Org industry, size, maturity?
