Looking for reactions to: Proposed small amendment to the draft charter: https://github.com/json-schema-org/community/pull/325/files#r1155718342 - "relief valve" for blockers not participating in solution based workshops. Same as N Street Consensus Method. Noted that they only needed it FOUR times in 25 years!	@Relequestual	We need feedback to get that PR reviewed.
There is some overlap between general and community channels. I'd like to rename the community channel by community-building to make it clear that is focus on collaboration and community operations	@benjagm	Rename the channel to community-mgmt

• Add explicit references of the OCWM videos available in youtube in this issue Open Community Working Meetings #35 and reinforce the promotion. @benjagm.
• Open a discussion to run a retrospective of our rejections at GSoD and GSoD. @benjagm
• Rename the community channel to community-mgmt. @benjagm

Notes:

• In the beginning of the session @jviotti asked if we have started to upload the videos to youtube and how we are promoting it and he made some suggestions make it clearer.
• @Relequestual introduced the "relief valve" for blockers introduced in the Project Charter and is looking for feedback.
• The group discussed the purpose of the community channel and decided to rename it to "community management."
• @Julian started the discussion about our rejection in GSoD. The fact that Google is not providing any feedback will require us to make a retrospective exercise to identify ways to improve for the next year.
• To close the session the group discussed about how happy we are with the number and quality of proposals received for our 2 GSoC projects.
