Dynamic modules

This is the first official tagged release of Submerged! Here's a changelog of what's new:

• Module set-up was completely overhauled. A new generic Firmata module along with dynamic configuration of sensors allows a much more free setup. This eliminates the need for fixed module types like before, although these can still be used (reserved for future use like LED control).
• Data processing on the back-end has changed accordingly, allowing a dynamic number of sensor readings to be processed. Same applies to the notification rules.
• LEAKS tab was added to the live view of the app; showing moisture sensors for leak detection
• STOCK tab was added to the live view of the app; showing the status of stock fluid levels.
