Copy settings.default.py to settings.py and change the db settings

On the first run (or when models are heavily changed):
    python manage.py syncdb
    python manage.py migrate hat

Afterwards:
    python manage.py runserver

The app will be running on http://localhost:8000

Admin console: http://your-host/admin
