In an ideal world the shell script would take care of everything but manual configuration is still required and listed below when needed.

Shell Script

Run the shell script using sh setup.sh.

Manual Work

Install Source Code Pro font
Configure terminal
Sign in to all accounts
Enable iCloud storage sync for desktop and documents
Install Office365
Setup Arc browser for work
