Using an email alias with Apple Mail

- Open Mail
- Click Mail > Preferences image
- Click the Accounts tab image
- Click your capsi.com.au email account
- Click Email Address dropdown > Edit Email Addresses image
- add another entry (Full Name, and email) image
- select that as the default
