This project is a POC!
It was not reviewed by anyone else but me.
The code is not optimized, and the security is not guaranteed
and it shouldn't be used in a real product without proper care.

For instance, the config relies on `sha3.NewShake128` to generate its random polynomials.

# POC and ignored security:
1. Relay trust the server when it states good/bad workload.
   otherwise we need to create code the protocol of reassembling parcels, and verifying correct workload oon each relay.
   This is not a trivial task, and I don't have the time to do it.
