Just came across this library today and came across an error when using the no-mutation rule as specified in the sample. It looks like it was removed from the src dir but not from rules so I assume it is breaking because it's based on an old tslint and wasn't fully scrubbed.
This removes it from the rules dir and removes the
no-mutation
rule from the example in the readme. I wasn't sure if there were newer recommended rules in its place so I didn't update the example beyond that.
