UserMan Report Issues
The configuration of the application is mostly done in the backend OpenMRS system. This system also takes care of all follow-ups with participants via calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages. If you encounter any issue with the system, please report this to your administrator with a detailed description and by sharing the logs in the configuration pop-up.
To share the logs, you can press the cogwheel in the homepage. On the windows that pops up you will be able to press share logs. Multiple manners of sharing this file will show up. Your system administrator can inform you of the best manner of sharing this information.
