.kit is the bridge between your .kenv and the Kit.app. Kit.app and .kit need to sync on tags so they can stay in lock step. If you want to do dev work on .kit, then it's best to also checkout the kitapp repo (beta branch) and work on them at the same time. (Note: the reason they're separate repos is because .kit can also run in "headless" mode. .kit doesn't require Kit.app, but Kit.app requires .kit) |
