MorseRunner for JA Contest, add ALL Yokohama Contest.

  • Ver JA 1.68.3の機能に加えてオール横浜コンテストの機能を追加しました．

  • 2022年のオール横浜コンテストでログを提出した局が呼んできます．

  • ただし、電話モードのみで参加した局であってもCWで呼んできます．

  • In addition to the functions of Ver JA 1.68.3, the ALL Yokohama Contest function is added.
