This looks good to me! Thanks for the contribution! I'm going to hold off on merging until the tests are fixed to make sure that everything still works with the new version of chisel. |

Thanks! But they aren't going to work :D. The CPU designs with a branch predictor (and possibly the non-combinational memory) are quite out of date. |
