Add GITHUB_TOKEN
keep history
only use node.js v10.x
Deploy github page on data branch push action. Clean gh-page commit history.
change GITHUB_TOKEN to use GITHUB_PAT
Rename Action
Provide both GITHUB_PAT and GITHUB_TOKEN. Clean History
