Change theos TARGET variable to avoid compiler issues on newer (or older) iOS SDKs
Rename main tweak file to avoid compiling all code into C++ code (because there can be some general C functions like fstat, dlopen, etc. and tweak itself does't use C++ code (so why .xm is needed?))
