Note ! We must set ostype=l26 and vga=ramfb

1. Add 1 scsi-cdrom to boot from win11 iso.
2. Add 1 sata-cdrom to add virtio-win-drivers,It will help us install scsi driver(iso/vioscsi/win11/ARM64) before install win to disk
3. To bypass check. Use Shift + F10 to call a cmd window, and start regedit. Create an item named LabConfig under HKLM\SYSTEM\Setup. Add two DWORD values named BypassTPMCheck and BypassSecureBootCheck, and set them to 1. // TPM-device on pve will get error on win11-arm
