What exactly do you mean by "raw data"?

If it's raw IQ as for example SDR does, then no, you can't do that with a dedicated FSK transceiver chip like RF69 or SX127x.

If it's enough to get the data as a sequence of bits, then that's perfectly doable, assuming you have some information about the signal - like the frequency deviation and the bit rate at the very minimum.

What's the ultimate goal here, to decode communication from an RF keyboard using some FSK transceiver? If that's the case, I suggest using the SDR first to get as much information about the signal as possible. SDR programs like UniversalRadioHacker or gnuradio should be able to decode it, from that you can deduce the packet …
