Summary
Test upgrade to latest canary of Docusaurus using Webpack 5 (facebook/docusaurus#4089)
This should speed up build times significantly thanks to the new persistent caching system
Test plan
preview
The speed improvements are not so significant in the deploy preview (as we only build for English and most of the time is spent for yarn install etc) but we still see some benefits:
I think it will be much more noticeable in prod site.
