About docker startup

Hi,sorry to bother you.I apply to the elastalert doc to start up container.But error occurred.I searched the container log,And its content is:

I've never seen that error with ElastAlert 2. Did you modify or make your own Docker container? What OS and server type (arch) are you using? Please post your command line used to start ElastAlert 2, and the full output.
