Can't open query tab after closing

expand a database, double click a collection to open the query tab for that collection (or select the collection and click the query button), close the query tab, double click the collection again (or select the collection and click the query button)

Expected result: The query tab should open again
Actual result: no query tab is opened

In order to query a collection again I need to restart mongohub
