[JENKINS-60857] Use SslContextFactory.Server to prevent the "KeyStores with multiple certificates are not supported" error #91

Guessing this would solve JENKINS-60857, but I have yet to reproduce that.

The bug seems to have been introduced by jetty/jetty.project#4326, which was subsequently amended at least in jetty/jetty.project#4386 & jetty/jetty.project#4404.
