I removed the pointer towards Java 7 and replaced it with Java 17. We want to encourage people to go ahead and prepare their plugin for future Java versions Jenkins will depend on soon, rather than sticking to something we no longer support.
Additionally, I replaced two version references with their corresponding links, to prevent updating these sporadically.
