🚀 New features and improvements

• JENKINS-63293: Previously, there were no instructions for automatically installing and upgrading MSBuild from Jenkins. This feature has now been implemented.
• JENKINS-59309 and JENKINS-57408: Problems with the "Install automatically" feature not functioning correctly have been resolved.
