Upgrade maven-interceptors to version 1.14 #292

This PR updates the version of maven-interceptors dependency to be able to benefit from the changes made in the new version. It also fixes Maven request builder to set the correct Maven33Main and Maven33Launcher for the Maven 3.3

  • Make sure you are opening from a topic/feature/bugfix branch (right side) and not your main branch!
