Replace wiki references with inline content (#290)

Include portions of the "Maven job type is evil" blog post from
@stephenc to persuade more users they should switch to Pipeline or
freestyle projects

Replace the CHANGELOG.md file with a link to the file in the git history
so that users are more likely to read the GitHub releases page rather
than the legacy changelog.

Remove the badges because the information in the badges is already
available on https://plugins.jenkins.io/maven-plugin/

Better URL for issue reports, from plugins.jenkins.io issues link
