Defines the MIT license (same as in pom.xml) as a file. Follows Jenkins recommendations[1]. Allows GitHub to show license type in About section. 1: https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/publishing/preparation/#license

This change follows Jenkins project recommendations by defining the MIT license (same as in pom.xml) as a file, allowing GitHub to show it in the About section.
Here's an example from the ivy plugin:
