Reverts blocking updates from #62.

More specifically https://plugins.jenkins.io/docker-java-api/ I think, since https://plugins.jenkins.io/docker-plugin/ is consuming docker-java through https://plugins.jenkins.io/docker-java-api/ rather than bundling it directly.
