Now that this project has been transferred to the @jekyll org (:tada:), this PR removes various
.github
anddocs/
files that I add to my own open source projects, that don't make sense for a Jekyll-managed project. That way, Jekyll-wide community health files like the upcoming security policy, can be used, and we can remove the cruft of integrations that might not be installed.
