Query editor is not scrollable

Expected Behavior

The query editor should be scrollable after you add enough filters.

Current Behavior

It's impossible to save the playlist if you add enough filters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Just create a new smart playlist and add a bunch of filters.
2. Try to scroll down to save the playlist.
3. Impossible.

Possible Solution (Not obligatory)

Add overflow: scroll to the query window, I guess?
