Not sure if this repository is maintained anymore, but I have recently found a need for a soft delete package for SQLAlchemy, and this one fit the bill for the most part.
Of note, the ability to include previously soft deleted results and to restore them was missing, so I've added that to my fork in case it is useful for anyone else.
Opening a PR here on the off chance that the maintainer is still active, and also for people searching for a similar solution.
