What Is Elation?

Elation is an MVC web application framework which aims to be lightweight, simple to use, and secure. Elation consists of a server-side (PHP) portion for REST-driven data management and HTML/JSON/XML generation, and a client-side (CSS/Javascript) portion for theming and user interaction handling. Elation encourages you to break your functionality into small reusable components, and comes with a library of generic components with which to build your own application.
