A separate merge of the Ember.AutoLocation PR against v1.3.1 for people who want the latest stable release of Ember + AutoLocation. It is not behind a feature flag.
Note: No other bug fixes, features, improvements, etc were included. This is literally just v1.3.1 + the changes from d1dad89 with a minor required change for how Location classes registered with the container that has happened after v1.3.1
