feat(memtemp): Support for the waveshare1in54V2 - Spanish Translations

Description

I added support for the wavesahre 1.54 inches V2 for the memtemp pluing.

Also added a few translations in spanish. According this

How Has This Been Tested?

I made this changes on my pwnagotchi with the 1.54inch display.
