This PR adds a sub menu.

The menu now looks like this:

This is what the sub menu looks like:

This will allow us to add more items without getting the menu crowded too much.

There is a new item called Logs that shows the following as an example.

There is a new item called "QR code to make xDrip master". This is what the QR code looks like:

If you want to test, just run the following line as bootstrap:

I am creating another PR that has also been tested for incremental update. I close this one and open a new one.
