This pull request adds a new API endpoint to the existing codebase that allows users to retrieve mission details for various spacecraft launched by ISRO. The API includes parameters such as spacecraft name, type, launch date, mission details, weight, on board power, communication, stabilization, payload, orbit, inclination, mission life, and orbital life. This will provide easy access to important information about ISRO's past space missions, and can be used by researchers, enthusiasts, and developers interested in space exploration.
