DAL Web APIs 2.0

This release contains security improvments to avoid CSRF security threats and a clear separation between a device name (assigned in configuration) and its ID. This version is not backward-compatible: the apis which previously returned a JSON array ( /devices and /devices/UID/functions) now returns a JSON object encapsulating arrays.
