Fixes #1417
recreating the component to use react function instead of class, add support for styling the carousel indicator via UDTheme , introduce some breaking changes in the New-UDImageCarouselItem , i remove all the properties that related to styling and add one parameter name Style, also change parameters names but add aliases for supporting old parameters names
