added rounded boarders, added item,collapsible,paging styling. rounded the buttons styled buttons. Styled radio button and check box two have azure colour. Fixed an issue with the footer not having any margin-top space so no components hit the footer bar, made sidenav appear under the main navbar also applied azure theming to this as well, and finally the tabs, tabs are now azure theme. Also added slight rounded boarder for images and float aligned left.
