Describe the Issue

New-UDImageCarousel on 2.5.3 not rotating images.

To Reproduce

The attached Dashboard is set to run with 2.5.3 and see it not rotate the images.
Change the Dashboard to run with 2.3.1 and see the images rotate.

Expected behavior

Images should rotate.

Version Information

  • Operating System: Windows.
  • PowerShell Version: 5.1
  • Universal Dashboard Version: 2.5.3 and 2.3.1 (working)
  • UD Hosting Method: PowerShell
