EELS has all the EIPS in the EOF implemented. The PR#972 is currently under review. The EOF eips have been implemented on top of the Prague EIPs that have already been implemented. The implementation currently passes the following test suits EEST published fixtures v1.0.8 (EOF and State tests) ethereum/tests v14.1 (EOF and State tests) evmone published fixtures v0.12.0 (EOF and State tests)
