re: #309 – current colors are not accessible, people with vision issues will struggle:

FYI this was discussed a while ago in ipfs-webui, see "safe" colors / patterns in ipfs/ipfs-webui#1467 (review) and ipfs/ipfs-webui#1379 (comment)
