I'm cool with the switch, but not sure if grabbing the latest HEAD from master is how we want to do it.

cc'd @olizilla, I think he wanted to make a "proper release with well known CIDs" for use in js-ipfs, go-ipfs and ipfs-companion.

So, we can always upgrade again. However, I'd like this in the next release and I'd like to cut a release ASAP.
