Disclaimer: This is not really important right now. 😎

We should separate different concepts in INX more clearly:

  • Ledger
  • Node
  • Tangle

The current NodeConfiguration actually contains information on the current state of the tangle, like PendingProtocolUpdates. Therefore, I think we should consider splitting this information into different parts.
