Bulk operation does not respect advanced search filters

When specifying a bulk operation to apply to "all for all pages" the filtering is only applied from the filter fields. The advanced mode filter is ignored.
Since the bulk form will only inherit the GET parameters with a name not starting with a - we lose track of any advanced mode filter expression.
We should always get the value from the url, not from the POST body.
