Updates for FIFO checker and reset #42

Description & Motivation

A couple minor fixes for FIFO

Use the new Sequential reset capabilities from ROHD in the FIFO
Allow the checker to fail gracefully for FIFO if there's an invalid control signal

Note: this requires updates to ROHD dependencies to fully pass stuff (beyond v0.4.2)
