Documentation Upgrade, ds-cv-inference bug fixes

Updates documentation to the latest and most accurate information, and also fixes an executable permissions issue in the entrypoint script for the ds-cv-inference service Docker image.

EdgeX Geneva Upgrade, CV Inference Service Integration

Adds a proper CV inference service, which replaces the old inference mock service. Also, the EdgeX version has been upgraded from Fuji to Geneva.

Initial Release

This initial release contains all of the standard components of the Automated Checkout reference design, and includes a mocked inferencing device service that simulates changes in inventory. Upcoming releases will have an actual CV-based inference service.
