Update to spec version 5 and update CI to use new node

run_id of GA can be found the following way: Go to integritee-node repo, to "Actions":

Choose the desired workflow (not a release!). In our case its : https://github.com/integritee-network/integritee-node/actions/runs/1503342881
(worker is not yet metadata v14 compatible, so lets choose one before that.)

run id can be read directly from the link: 1503342881

and choose the dev node artifact :
