Automatic upgrades for the Gitea image.

Verification steps:

deploy the v0.0.3 tag of the operator using operator.yaml (you have to change the tag) and install Gitea using the example CR
it should fail because that image is no longer valid
now change the operator image tag to `upgrades'
it should automatically fix the pods


          update gitea image automatically
